The Forest At Columbia – Affordable Multi-Family Housing Development

FREEDOM partnered as a development consultant for this 161-unit low to moderate income multi-family affordable housing/apartment complex. Working closely on design, construction, financing and programming aspects of the project this collaboration resulted in and extensive $9 M exterior/interior renovation.  GFCDC is a limited partner with First Tennessee Housing Corporation and the General Manager of the “Forest At Columbia” a 161 unit low-to-moderate income multi-family apartment complex.  GFCDC provides full cycle homeownership training and counseling services
